We built this new custom home in Perry, Ohio. It’s a beautiful home that totaled 4,300 st. ft. with 1,100 of it dedicated to an in-law suite with attached garage.

The main house includes 5 bedroom and 3.5 baths. A 2-story foyer and great room. The open railing system connects basement to the 2nd story. A large steam shower and Whirlpool bath provide a great escape in the master bathroom.

The project also featured a custom 2-car garage attached to the house.
