Project Overview
This house was originaly built in 1840. As you can see, Paramount’s work included removal of the roof and additions from home and re-envisioning for today. Our improvements made it a comfortable, livable modern living space while retaining a classic look.
Specifically, we added a second floor addition, master bathroom, sunroom, kitchen, mudroom, bathroom, pantry, garage, and bonus room above the garage addition. Detailed remodeling work throughout included: architectural mill work, custom built-in cabinets, coffered ceiling, Hardie plank siding, slate shingled roof, marble counters, deck with modern rails, stone chimney, shake shingles, and beautifying the great room.
