New home construction by Paramount of Northeast Ohio
Project Overview
This project was effectively a whole house remodel. 75% of the entire home was designed and built for their needs.
A dormer expanded the living area to include a new bedroom, bath and walk-in closets. To each existing bedroom, dormers were added. Paramount added a master bath addition that encompassed turning an existing bathroom into walk-in closets.
A breakfast area in the back of the house and custom decks provides a beautiful panoramic view of the lake.
We eliminated a guest suite and effectively tripled the size of kitchen and added a half bath and laundry room.
A custom 2-car garage was added to the existing 2-car garage thereby doubling their space.
